Almond honey is usually left for the bees- it is extremely bitter and
unpalateable, filled with 'bitter almond' flavors.
The bees don't mind, but people can't eat it.
If you want some for study, you would have to find a beekeeper who
provides pollination for almond orchards. Try contacting the
entemology department of your nearest agricultural university or your
states bee inspector to ask for assistance. |
