Could you experts please clarify. Obviously bees process the pollen in
some way to make honey. Therefore is honey a form of bee spit or bee
poo? Exactly how do bees turn pollen into honey? Hope you can answer
and many thanks in advance.

Bees do not make honey out of pollen. Pollen is fed to the brood. Adult
bees eat honey. Honey is the evaporated concentrate of flower nectar.
Nectar is collected by adult bees via their tongue and stored in a honey
stomach for transport back to the hive. Once there, the nectar, which has
been mixed with enzymes present in the bee's mouth, is regurgitated to a
house bee which takes it and places it in a cell. The enzyme action and the
evaporation of the nectar by actions of the bees reduces the water content
of the nectar to about 19% water. The result is honey. Bee spit or bee
barf are not accurate names for honey as it is neither. "idiot"
